informing students more than 1 week before tryouts.

Bill commented about
need to better identify what “opening night” is. The night is for parent meeting and casual drills.

AA: Kevin will be ordering new uniforms.

Boy’s Coordinator
Position

Job description reviewed
by Board. Further review required.

Moving forward with
Boy’s Coordinator position.

Motion made and passed
to create Boy’s Coordinator position which is a paid position.
5.
Tournaments: Sherry
·
Discussion regarding
need for parent volunteers for next year’s Tournament Committee. Big holes exist for tournament planning for
next year.
·
Learning opportunities
exist for new members to learn alongside veterans who will be “retiring” after
this year.
·
AA: Kevin add
to next meeting agenda: Need for
Tournament Director for next year. Also
other open spots on Tournament Committee.

PAC will do concessions
for the 8th Grade City Tournament.

John Mielke asked Dan
Kastner to staff the 8th Grade City Tournament.

opening Board Meetings to parents.

open for parents/public.

Meetings are generally the 1st Sunday of
the month, 7:00 at Appleton East.

Meetings are subject to change.

proper handling of payments for tournaments.

All tournament payment
requests to go through Commissioner.

Checks for all
tournaments must be from the AEYBA account.
No checks should be submitted from individuals.
Review of Action Assignments:

AA: Sara to e-mail word document for opening nights to Jim Lee
for charter school.

AA: Kevin to follow up with Madison Middle School regarding not
handing out the announcement sheets for Opening Nights.
